Dc unlocker will not find card even when i try to maunally enter port location, stick is veing detected via the orange software built in the stick as diagnostic report from the software below,

Yes i being trying to get it to detect this card for days with no joy, card says application port is com 23 i even tried manually entering com23 but still no joy
