1- Is it possible to break the encryption of this type GlobeSurfer II (vR2D03) By DC-Unlocker client.?

2- Is there any explanation of how to break the code, through the cable network(port eather).?!

Inside globesurfer II is pcie model (like in notebooks), if you can remove and put to notebook this modem, then you can unlock it with dc unlocker.
