Error code 45

I was trying to unlock Bigpond GlobeTrotter HSDPA Modem GT Express 7.2
Found modem : GlobeTrotter HSDPA Modem
Model : GT Express 7.2
IMEI : 352372011104442
Firmware : 2.5.3Hd
Serial NR. : FX3877V0NX
SIM Lock status : Locked (PH-NET PIN)

dc-unlocker client responded with an error code 45 when I was trying to unlock the modem. As I can see modem has an upgraded firmware to 2.5.3H version. The original version is something like 1.10.4H. I tried to downgrade to 2.5.2H. Responded with the same result in error code 45. I tried to downgrade to the earliest FW I managed to fined 1.12.1H but it stops on half a way. Seems it go into DM mode and cannot send and execute bootloader to modem. What should I do???? And what error code 45 means???
Is there any other way to find or to write PH-NET PIN??? I managed to find PH-NET PIN for Bigpond Maxon BP3-EXT and BP3-USB in NVItem 4XX9 in EFS. Is there any chance to find PH-NET PIN for gt express 7.2???
P.S. EFS read cm is not supported with new FW(((

Probably this modem is GE202. At now only GE201 is supported. GE202 we think to add in future.

It is GEO202 Globetrotter Express 7.2 with upgraded FW v2.5.2H. You declared unlocking solution for Globetrotter Express 7.2 as supported model on Your official website. I forgot to inform You I had three Globetrotter Express 7.2 Cards and only one was with 2.5.2H FW. So there were no problems with unlocking the rest two one with non-upgraded software.
So please tell me what could be the reason for impossibility to unlock this Globetrotter Express 7.2. WHAT ERROR CODE 45 MEANS???????????

We declared unlock ge201 . Yes there is problem with new firmware, older firmware can be unlocked and GE202. Error 46 is unlock code not found.

i've got the same problem:
i own a thinkpad x60s with a Sierra MC8755 3G-Modem,
i thought that, if the unlocker client knows the model, i would be able to unlock it. But i received error code 45.

Is the card not supported? It's listed in the supported models.
