Problem with Option 382

Hello.

I have some problems when I try to unlock Option 382 in Sony P91.

I leave the logs below.
(There are 2 patterns of logs when I fail to unlock.)

What is my problem?

You may try an older version.I met simliar problems when I used the latest version. Problem solved when I use version 1.00.0261.

Do not try unlocking it more times. You can block unlock retry counter. Could you try contact us by live chat from our web page?

Option 382

Try to open the option 382 on the p80, after many tries, made it work, only aftre installed a sim inside, then connected to power supply, run the dc unlocker, which reported that the sim needs to be removed, and before that the port is opened, I have closed the Globe Trotter from TaskManger, and then removed the sim, while taking the battery out, since power cable was pluged the pc was not effected, then pressed unlock, and the p80 was unlocked.

This as I described happened after many tries that eneded with error 52, and have no idea if this sequance was luck or not.

As regards to the p91, tried the same thing but nothing works, and except from the fact DC Unlocker has Charged 15 points as it opened the device, it is locked and get the same error as the other thread on this forum.

Got another 100 points, but this has no effect, and clearly the option 382, is not a simple senario for the p91 modem,

Would be happy to get some feedback from similar cases if someone have opened it, as for the version 1.00.0261 it does not make any difference, and the p80 was opened using the latest version

Ryusuke, this was exactly the problem I met. Reboot and try version 1.00.0261.
