Yes, it may be that these bands that you try are not supported by manufacture.
Dc-unlocker can only enable bands that are supported by manufacturer.

I tried to enable all band on GTM382w that was restricted only UMTS2100 to UMTS2100/1900/850 this is frequency that supported by original manufacturer (http://www.embeddedworks.net/_ewdown...213/GTM382.pdf)

I didn't did it over than paper sheet. by your advertize dc-unlocker client can enable all band by original manufacturer support. so it should can I believe that..

            I have Option GMT382:

            Product Name: GlobeTrotter Connect
            Product Version: 3.1.0.1107
            Drivers version: 5.0.26.0
            Serial number: PR299CE3PW
            FW version: 2.20.0.0Hd (Date: Jul 8 2010, Time: 09:00:21)
            Device version: 2.1

It work fine in the 3G network - Utel in the Ukraine, but not found and do not lock to the 2G GPRS/EDGE networks. It said me:

Unable to complete the operation: x84000003

I ran the DC-Unlocker V1.00.0975, added the one credit and try to Unlock all band. Not resolved it..

Then i did shutdown the notebook, removed the battery, waited 10 sec, inserted the battery, ran Win7, ran the DC-Unlocker again, unlocked and do not reboot the notebook.

I see - i can select from UMTS/HSDPA to the EDGE/GPRS and backward!!
Super. I did not change the firmware version. And i have the newest version: 2.20.0.0Hd (Date: Jul 8 2010, Time: 09:00:21)

But after reboot i see again the error: Unable to complete the operation: x84000003 after i try to change the band...

            Why?
Maybe i need to downgrade the firmware version to the GTM382_fw_v1.4.6.0Hd.zip or to the FTS_OptionFirmwareVersionFW2950forOptionGTM3_2950_ 1038094.ZIP or 3G_Acer_Option_GTM382E_FirmwareTool_v2.8.1.0.zip?

I have added the screenshots, thank you.

            3G:

2G after unlock, but not after reboot:

If i run the DC-Unlocker after reboot, i can again change the 3G-to-2G band. But to the next reboot.

Again tested. After shutdown, reboot or the sleep mode - the 2G band are not working.
If i run the DC-Unlocker and do not reboot or shutdown or sleep the notebook, then 2G bang is working. And i can change between 2G or 3G.

I think what the modem have the newest FW version, and your DC-Unlocker can not write the changes to the EPROM. Maybe i need the downgrade of the FW version to the:
                  OptionFirmwareVersionFW2950forOptionGTM3_2950_ 1038094
                  or
                  Option_GTM382E_FirmwareTool_v2.8.1.0
                  or
                  GTM382_fw_v1.4.6.0Hd
                  ?
