Sierra Aircard 313u - modem not found

I am not able to unlock because of modem not found. I am desperate because I need the aircard for work. Can someone please help, as to what I need to do

If you get error "Modem not found", you should check this:
Make sure drivers are installed.
Use latest DC-Unlocker client software.
Use Autodetect.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
Make sure modems connection software is installed, but not running.
Try restarting your computer.
Try other computer.

i did all those things. even went through and killed processes in task manager. still the same problem.

Can you go to Device Manager (right click on My Computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager), open "Ports" and "Modems" sections, and write what do you see there?
Or make a screenshot and sent it here?
