siera wireless aircard 760s

I had my siera wireless aircard 760s unlocked aprox; 6 mths ago,by DC unlocker.
Last week i reset my 760s & it is now locked again,please advise

You can use same username and password that you used for unlock before and unlock it again. Unlocking same device again does not require credits.

downloaded latest software & unlocked my 760s.
this unit was locked to Telstra,do you know if i can load generic firmwae onto this model?
