I bought the unlocker software and unlocked the aircard fine.
I realized today that I didn't know the access code for the admin area of the unit because I bought it from someone else.
I did a factory reset to put the password back to original - I now have a "sim MEP locked" message...
Does this mean I have to unlock again?!

You can unlock same device by using same username and and password
for free with 0 credits.

So the unlocking worked again - thanks for the tip.
I am wondering if anyone can help me get into the access for the onboard settings to set up the unit to work with AT&T?
It is connecting fine to the network, but I am not seeing data connection.
My unit is originally set for rogers Canada.

Can anyone help?

connect to the aircard via computer or tablet,
go to aircard.hotspot
enter admin password swiadmin

change settings as you need.
