    Sierra AC 754s comes back to SIM locked after RESET

    Have anybody noticed such problem? I got a bunch of AC 754s and have noticed what some of them comes back to SIM locked after the RESET applied by pushing the reset button.

    Thanks to my dongle it is free to re-unlock them again but I have to warn my customers to avoid to use the regular RESET procedure and reset their devices by ejecting the battery.

    Question to admins, can we fix this issue somehow?

    Yes, we know this problem.
    Sorry, do not have fix for it at now.
    If user receive this problem they can repeat unlock by using same username and password that they used for unlock and repeat unlock with 0 credits.

      SIM Lock status : Locked (PH-NET PIN)

      how can i unlock again?
      because i forget my last time user id and password for this device.
      can you help me for activate again for this device in this new user id and password?
      because i pay last time.

          It looks like this device was unlocked using dongle not user account at all as you claimed.
