Sierra Wireless MC8790

I have a Sierra Wireless mc8790 module for unlocking, but I donīt know how can I connect it to the PC.
If I try to connect trough the mainboard whre itīs installed, my PC donīt recognise it.

Any Ideas?

Drivers for your device installed for it to be recognized? It has to be connected through adapter.
