i try to set the ports manually or autodetect but i always have the following error ,is there a special mode that i have to set the card in or a trick?

card not found !

Diagnostic port not found !

Better if "auto detect" , close sierra watcher, if not helps, try older version.

i try version 1.00.0118 and 1.00.0229 ,is there specific version you wants me to try? Cingular Communication Manager is completely off

Then maybe drivers or problem with modem (1 port not response) . AC 860 unlocking is stable and not changed since 2007-12 .

Drivers installed from DC-Unlocker latest version and Cingular Communication Manager can recognize the card ,so i assume the drivers is ok

any other idea?

Modem can work without diagnostic port, sierra wireless watcher not use it . Also maybe 2 modems (conflict) in this PC? Try another PC.

then i should have diagnostic port in device manager tree? where exactly?
i don't have diagnostic port at all ,you have a utility to cleanup drivers?

finally solved with help of Arunas

i just uninstalled Cingular Communication Manager restart pc
install 3G_Watcher_Generic.msi from http://www.sierrawireless.com/suppor...px?id=20,3,1,1

unlocked fine
