After successfull detection now in unlocking tab there should be activate voice button. If there isn't please contact us by Live support chat then we will check what could be done.

yeah, i can see the activate and voice button, but it is grey colour i cannot click.
this software i used before on my Sierra Wireless MC8781 module.
so can I say now till now the DC-unlocker does not support MC7710 module?
