Sierra Wireless 312U White Unlock

Hello,

I have a Sierra Wireless 312U White card with I am trying to unllock. I have installed the DC unlocker software listed for the card and also made sure that the Sierra watcher is not running as a process.

Still the DC unlocker is unable to detect the Sierra 312U card?
The card has "Bigpond Ultimate" printed on it...

Please help..
