  • AT&T Beam (Sierra Wireless 340U) not detected

    Hello,

I just bought an AT&T Beam (Sierra Wireless 340U) USB modem and DC-unlocker does not detect it. The device does show in Device Manager, but as a Network Card, not a USM modem.

Please let me know how I can resolve this issue. I am not new to DC-unlocker, as I have used the software to unlock many other modems in the past, but this is the first time I am using it for a project.

    Thanks.

If you can not detect modem, check this:
Make sure all drivers are installed.
Make sure modems connection software is installed, but not running. (if there is one)
Use Autodetect on dc-unlocker モselect modelヤ line.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.

Also you can try to disable deice from under network adapters and then check detection.
