Unknown Error (134) - Sierra Wireless Compass 885

Hey,

I'm trying to unlock voice on a Sierra Wireless Compass 885, but im constantly getting the "unknown error (134)".

I've already tried different OS-Versions (xp, 7, 8, 8.1) and all available drivers which had no impact on the error.
I have enough Tokens (11 but to unlock voice only 1 would be needed).
