unlock fail sierra u305 light

hello Valdemars i just unlock modem sierra u305 but an error occurred error 65 and my credit if credit has been cut off at the back because I could unlock a failure occurs, I attach the following logs that have been recorded by dc unlocker program

Error 65 might appear because you connect modem not directly to pc but via USB cable extension or USB hub, please connect modem directly to pc and only then perform unlock. There also can not be other modems connected to pc during detect/unlock time.
