After activate voice in mc8777v - always airplane mode

After activate voice function with dc-unlocker-client my sierra mc8777v always work at airplane mode. I turn on radio, but it can be turned on only for maximum 3 seconds long, then it will switch to airplane mode automatically.
Turn voice functions off - with the same effect - after few seconds automatically switch to airplane mode.
Help me please.

How to reset modem to factory reset? Which AT command use for this? Or another way?
Restart not help.

If device has any dashboard for controlling it, usualyl this option available there, sorry do not have AT command for reset.
