SierraWireless AirCard AC763S error 33

Hello!

Once I unlocked it with Dc unlocker I get a 33 error. ((network connection failed) Service Option not subscribed?)
it shows good signal strength
It shows the correct network (bell)
it also shows the 4g symbol


Anyone have any suggestions?

Make sure APN in web ui is set to correct operator.

That was the first thing I tried. APN settings are correct as far as I can tell. I'm using (trying to use) bell mobility. Any other suggestions?

read a post that suggested bell had 2 different apn's that work the other one is inet.bell.ca once I put that in it worked right away!
