  • Sierra/netgear Aircard 770S Error connecting to server

I am trying to unlock an AT&T Sierra/netgear aircard 770s but keep getting an "error connecting to server"message under the check account status. I have tried all the suggestions in the tutorial with no success. Every time I connect the modem via a usb I lose the internet connection as the non working modem tries to take over. I am in Canada so the live help hours are all wrong for my time zone so any help greatly appreciated.

Woohoo, have managed to unlock it. Now just have to see if it will support a Rogers sim?!

In this case for future reference first thing to check would be adapter bindings https://www.dc-unlocker.com/adapter-binding-settings
If it gives no positive results, then you should do metrics:
control panel > network and internet > network connections > Right click on your device that you want to unlock connection > Properties > Internet protocol (TCP/IPv4) > Properties > Advanced > IP settings > Uncheck "Automatic metric". Set Interface metric as "200". OK > OK > OK
If still lose connection then go to adapters window, right click on your device's connection and disable it, this for sure will stop it overtaking connection.
