Yes i noticed it, but it should be technically (if it shares same/similar hardware) possible to detect it on our software. Please check detection, since your device is already installed on pc correctly as i saw from device manager screenshot, simply launch DC-unlocker client, select manufacturer SW/Netgear and click magnifying glass button, let us know the result that you get then.

Try manually select com ports on software:
Select unknown SW/netgear device from models
then in device manager look up for application com port it will be visible under modems section in properties/modems diagnostics com port visible under ports. If not detected then most likely device has different hardware/built from supported ones and we will need to do more investigation on this new one.

Definitely not troubling us. Make sure before detection that device is not being used by any other service on pc, like it's dashboard opened or device is being connected to internet.
