AirCard 762S " modem not found ! "

I am trying to unlock an AC762S. Whatever I do the only answer from DC-unlocker is " modem not found ! "
My setup: Laptop running Windows 10 64 bit.
Running DC-unlocker latest rev. as Administrator.
AC762S without SIM card.
Connection between Laptop and 762S: WI-Fi or USB-cable.
Logged into AC762S as administrator or not logged in.

I have full access to AC762S internal configuration when logged in as Administrator.
When running DC-unlocker in any thinkable configuration the only answer I receive is " modem not found ! "

What is wrong?
The original operator that supplied the AC762S is DNA.

If you can not detect modem, check this:
Make sure all drivers are installed.
Make sure modems connection software/WEBUI is installed, but not running. (if there is one)
Use Autodetect on DC-unlocker “select model” line.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
If none of above steps helped, then check device manager and let me know where you see your device there.

What is "all drivers"? No driver is flagged in device manager as missing!
When connected with USB-cable the 762S shows as a mass storage device in device manager.
No COM port allocated. COM port 3-4-5-6 is allocated to Bluetooth.

Device USB\VID_1199&PID_0FFF\SWOC22905731 could not be migrated.

If device is not visible nowhere in device manager means usb cable you are using is damaged, device damaged, or cdrom/drive of device not ejected in computer area.
