Aircard 754S Trouble with Unlocker recognizing the modem

I can not get the DC-Unlocker program to recognize my Sierra Wireless (Elevate) AirCard 754S modem.
These are the messages I have gotten (With and without the sim card in the unit).
I do have it attached by USB cable to a Windows computer.


DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1260

Detecting modem :

selection :
manufacturer - SierraWireless/NETGEAR
model - Auto detect (recommended)

modem not found !

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1260

Detecting modem :

selection :
manufacturer - SierraWireless/NETGEAR
model - AirCard AC754S

Please define proper COM port, or select autodetect!


The later result I get when I manually select the correct option for Model.
however the program will not allow me put anything in the Ports section.

If there is something else I need to do please let me know.
