This error is error connecting to server. Server is working. Maybe something is blocking from your side. Maybe firewall or other software. Be sure you have internet connection at unlock time. Try to use other internet connection type or other computer.

I have tested with three Internet connections.The result is the same error 62.
I have tested with three different portable. The result is the same error 62.
There is no firewall enabled.
The process of unlocking starts but when it has completed approximately 80% fails.
The process is slow, very slow. Place approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

The card is HP hs2300. I use the drivers from HP.

Could you write ip address that you use? What type of connection you use at unlock? Maybe other modem?

The IP address is dynamic. I use two ADSL lines and a 3G line.

At this time my ip address is:
87.223.186.93 line 1.
95.18.248.150 line 2.

With all these lines does not work.

Try to use only ADSL line. Disconnect 3G line. Then try connect to server.
Here is no block and server is working. Something is blocking from your side. Maybe firewall or other software.
Be sure no scanning, sharring, monitoring software is running.
