  • Sierra 302 - unknown response

    I've got Sierra 302 (locked to O2). Trying to unlock and got following message:

    DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0416

    Detecting card :

    selection :
    manufacturer - SierraWireless
    model - Auto detect

    unknown responce!


    Here is device's firmware detail:



    Please kindly suggest!

    And when I specify the model to detect, here's the message received:

    DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0416

    Detecting card :

    selection :
    manufacturer - SierraWireless
    model - USB 301/302
    application port - COM12
    diagnostic port - COM10

    No response !

      Maybe it works after a software update....

        Check, if the modem software is closed and nothing is accessing the modem. Try detecting using autodetect.

          Well, I'd tried with Watcher closed (w. nothing accessing modem), results are still the same.
