Can't unlock Sierra Wireless 8775 either...

I am trying to unlock a Sierra Wireless 8775 (mini PCI-E).

When I run DC locker it always fails with Error Code 62, and always 80% through the unlock process.

I have tried about 20 times to unlock the card using three different networks (two wireless and one wired).

I have tried the following troubleshooting, but unlock always fail 80% of the way through.

- Checked login and credit (fine)
- Disabled windows firewall and disabled all network firewalls
- Disabled DEP
- Confirmed card install, confirm card is detected OK and run DC-Locker with or without wireless watcher running
- Disabled unused services
- Take every process / program out of memory that was essential.
- Run DC locker with Sim-in and Sim-out
- Reboots

Got to admit I'm beaten, appreciate some support.

PC is an running Windows XP Tablet (i.e. Professional) netbook.

Everything is ok at our side. Servers are working and here is no block. You should check, if you have internet connection at unlock time (but not with modem you are unlocking), check, maybe firewall or other software is blocking the connection. Try to use other connection type or other computer.

Just to follow-up, I went through live support on your home page and was sent a beta version which unlocked the 8775 immediately, no problems.
