Not sure if its of any use to anyone,
but ive found a site with the latest firmware which upgrades to 7.2Mbps and ive tested it fine,
i did it on a HP HS2300 card in a inspiron 1525 laptop no problems, and unlocked with DC-unnlocker fine.
note that there is a diffrent flasher / drivers required if you have the HP Version,
and i guess this is why some are having problems unlocking this card if the incorrect drivers are loaded as the PID's / ID's are diffrent in the 2 cards

Note to Mods:
Not sure if you want to put this on the Sierra Wireless downlaod's section the generic dashboard would be a nice download from your site, and then the firmware?? on the dc-files site
