Unlock NETGEAR AirCard 790S

Sir,
I would like to unlock NETGEAR AirCard 790S by Dc unlocker . I connected Router through USB Cable. But computer not detecting. I tried windows 7 and Xp also. Same.

Pls help me to make unlock... Thanks Sir.

Tow network adapters has ip subnet !please change network card or router ip address to differnet subnet.

Then your device or cable has problems.

Then disable adapter or change the router ip.

I did disable network adapter
I did factory reset also
I changed Ip address also... Then also same. I thick problem from Router. But router working properly with wifi....

I do not understand, you mentioned above your device does not appear on pc. - We do not solve such problems, i can help you only errors on our software.

If device does not appear on pc at all then it's either cable problem or device usb connection (hardware part) is damaged, there is not much to it really.

i tried to unlock netgear i was able to detect the modem via auto detection but every time i click unlocking key its says error 167 unlock failed. Kindly help me i need to unlock bunch of pucks.thanks

Attempt to insert unsupported operator sim inside and then repeat unlock. Also please try (without sim) on older dc-unlocker client 1428 version which can be found on dc-unlocker support area accessed from dc-unlocker client about tab.

i tried it a couple of times and it worked! i restore the setting first and auto detect it a couple of times few attempts had failed each puck but it works
