Sierra wireless 770s imei change not response

Hi! i had try to do imei change on my aircard 770s from sierra wireless but get the no response error. Any idea?

hi! i try both version 1428 and the new 1429.. I get a error saying not respose..

the system reads the modem but when send the imei repair i get the error....
