Whats your OS, are you launching dc-unlocker as administrator from it's options? Could you provide device detect info, cant see anything...Originally posted by LORD26 View PostComment

after pressing unlock the crash happened

Have you done what software asks you to do and removed sim card from device before detection? If you haven't close software, remove sim card. Launch software, detect device and then do unlock.Comment

Actually I removed SIM card and restart my operation system and followed the instructions perfectly but the same issue
changed the pc also
but i want to know is it possible to unlock router with out dongle????Comment

Yes, it is certainly possible to do direct unlock for it. Please copy paste all text from software, from top to bottom.Comment

You get this "stopped working" message right after launching software? Haveyou right clicked on dc-unlocker.exe and selected launch as administrator?Comment

yes I launched dc-unlocker as administrator with all versions
actually I followed all instructions before and now
I think the problem is when the app crashes in step connecting to the server as shown in down bar at the rightComment

When device is connected to pc, detected on dc-unlocker, are you able to log in successfully on dc-unlocker in server tab?Comment

Yes the PC detected the device when I search (auto detect)
The server is able because I check my balance when I put my username and password and it showed my credit alosoComment

Check adapter binding settings https://www.dc-unlocker.com/adapter-binding-settings
If adapters do not solve connection problem check metrics:
control panel > network and internet > network connections > Right click on your device that you want to unlock connection > Properties > Internet protocol (TCP/IPv4) > Properties > Advanced > IP settings > Uncheck "Automatic metric". Set Interface metric as "5". OK > OK > OK
