I downloaded the dc-Unlocker client you have sent to me and unfortunately the same issue I have.

after pressing unlock the crash happened

yes I launched dc-unlocker as administrator with all versions
actually I followed all instructions before and now
I think the problem is when the app crashes in step connecting to the server as shown in down bar at the right

Check adapter binding settings https://www.dc-unlocker.com/adapter-binding-settings
If adapters do not solve connection problem check metrics:
control panel > network and internet > network connections > Right click on your device that you want to unlock connection > Properties > Internet protocol (TCP/IPv4) > Properties > Advanced > IP settings > Uncheck "Automatic metric". Set Interface metric as "5". OK > OK > OK
