MR1100 unlocked and now shows locked

I successfully, I thought, unlocked my netgear nighthawk MR1100 following all of the steps. But when I put my SIM back in it shows device locked and asks for an unlock code. How do i fix this? Please help.

Hello, maybe you did reset device to factory defaults? In such case repeat unlock by using same account, it won't ask for new credits - it's free unlimited.

I did reset to factory defaults and that didn't help. When I hook back up to DC unlocked, it shows unlocked but I still get the message that my device is locked.

Is there no sim inside it when you detect it on dc-unlocker client to get correct lock status?

If it shows as unlocked with no sim card then it can only be device's dashboard which must be customized to specific operator.
