Help on voice unlock sierra 885

I want to unlock voice function on my sierra 885. Yes Im using the DC Unlocker which said on the website that can use for free voice unlock.

However when i tried to unlock it said no username

Do I need to buy credits to unlock? Or need to update something with the driver first..

I am using windows 7 home premium 32 bit

It is free if modem was unlocked by dc-unlocker. If modem was unlocked by dc-unlocker, then use same username and password that you used for unlocking.
If modem was unlocked not by dc-unlocker, then you you need to buy credits. Voice activating for this modem needs 1 credit. You will receive username and password for software after you buy credits.
