Neatgear 1120 HELP

I am a new member and I need your advice.
So, I bought LB1120 on Ebay as unlocked. I live in Tbilisi, Georgia (Not US). I received it and tried to use. But Oops.... The device could not connect. At the same time, it received APN data from ISP provider. But no more. Can you please tell me what's wrong:
1. Is it device's hardware problem?
2. Is LB1120 carrier locked?
3. Is the local ISP blocked because it's not bought from them?

You shouldstart checking what bands device supports and what bands your operator provides services on, may be incompatible if it was bought from abroad.

it's hardware related, so if device does not have them then no. Unless they are locked, then maybe if there is service that can unlock them, then it's possible, sadly we do not have such info about it.
