Problem with Nighthawk MR1100

So the IMEI on the sticker of my M1 starts with 01516....... however, the IMEI I see on when discovering the router using dc-unlocker starts with 354862......

I have already reset the router hoping it would go back to its original IMEI, but for some reason it won't go back. I have not changed the IMEI previously, I have bought this router brand new from Best Buy about a year ago and I am just now noticing this as I am trying to unlock the device through ATT. Any idea on what is happening?

Also, DC-unlocker says my device is unlocked, but I have never unlocked it. In fact, I just requested ATT to unlock, I have received the code to unlock but I have been able to unlock following their instructions.

Carnelos have you searched the IMEI on the imei.info? Does it come back as the Nighthawk or another device?

Suppose you need to repair to it's original one and then do unlock if it requires one.
