Unlocked Netgear M1100

I am trying to edit bands in the above router. I have installed the latest unlocker client. I added 30 credits and ran the “repair IMEI” on my Netgear MR1100. It says the repair was successful. I followed the instructions on the website for editing bands for my router. I removed the sim and tried to run “edit bands”. The window box opens. However there are no clickable options in the window. There is no “read bands from router” button. It the a different version unlocker needed? Thanks in advance.
