If you can not detect modem, check this:
Make sure all drivers are installed or whatever else comes in the device's drive (Drivers are needed only when the device appears in device manager with “!” or “?” marks)
Make sure the device is visible in the device manager on the computer.
Make sure modem’s connection software/WEBUI/Dashboard is installed, but not running. (if there is one)
Make sure the modem is not connected to the internet.
Make sure the device’s gateway/IP does not duplicate with the active adapter
OK, Im in the same boat. Normally use a Mac, but for DC-unlocker Im using a friends Windows laptop so I need a bit more hand holding on what are the next steps with "No Modem Found"
