Please, use auto detect, do not select model and ports manually. Also attempt to unlock it on previous versions of DC-unlocker and see if you still get same error.
Earlier versions of DC-unlocker can be found on support area which is accessed from about tab on DC-unlocker client.

This is not related to unlock, you can only make sure the APN is correctly set in profile that you use to connect to new operator, also it is worthy checking frequencies on which device operates and on which operator provides it's services as it sometimes happen that unlocked device simply does not support other operator's frequencies or different region bands.
