Imei repair netgear 5100

I hope this is the right section this is my first time using the site. If wrong section I apologize.

i purchased 10 credits to repair the imei on the nighthawk 5100.

followinf the steps I get to repair and it shows insufficient funds

so I start over and figure maybe I need to unlock network first which costed 10 credits that was successful

I go back and purchase 20 credits to make sure I have well enough

try again and still shows insufficient funds please help
