  • Operation TImeout!!! MR5200

    I'm having the following issue trying to login to the server

    Public IP :155.190.3.5
    Username :zmaxzzz
    Check account status

    2022.06.02 18:11:26.613 Start testing servers...
    2022.06.02 18:11:31.628 Servers test finished!
    2022.06.02 18:11:31.633 Test fail!

    Operation timeout

    Are you sure you gave the correct username, can not find it on our database? Also, is your MR5200 connected to pc while you try to log in? If it is, try to disconnect and then try to check log in, this would help to locate the problem if you will be able to log in while MR5200 is disconnected.
    This error may also come up if you are using a proxy or VPN in which case log in won't work.

      I have been facing a similar issue. I checked all threads related to my problem on the forum but could not be able to fix it. Please someone help me.

        Then let us know your user name, please.
        Have you disconnected MR5200 from PC before the log-in attempt?
        Have you disabled the firewall and antivirus on your computer temporarily while trying to log in?
        If you have done all of those things and still get the same error then the problem can only be with ISP or device through which the internet comes which we won't be able to help with. In such a case you could only try from another place/using a different connection if there is such a possibility.

            I was never able to resolve. i just performed magic instead. btw if you would like me to test out the software please let me know. i wouldn't mind on my MR5200
