mr5100 un able to unlock

i am haveing issuies with trying to unlock my modem. atfirst the screens says:

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1441

Detecting modem :

selection :
manufacturer - SierraWireless/NETGEAR
model - Auto detect (recommended)

Two network adapters has same IP subnet! Please change network card or router IP address to different subnet.

So i go in to network connections and go in to tcp/ipv4 and set the ip to 192.168.2.1 and gate way to 255.255.255.0. and now it says:

modem not found !

What step am i missing or not doing properly to unlock this device?

Reset these settings and change it on MR5100 dashboard directly. Also before changing them check what ip/subnet your other network adapter (through which internet comes though) is set to.

After changing these settings you may need to re-plug device to pc, or restart pc for settings to be applied.
