I have this modem. Keep getting AT COMMAND ERROR when trying to repair IMEI or view band selector.

Does your device have a possibility to upgrade/downgrade firmware for it? It seems the firmware version that currently is in your device causes this, while we do not know how long it would take to solve it and if there would be a solution for this version. So if you are willing to upgrade/downgrade the device should there be such an option it would quickly solve this error. As I've checked the database, people who have serviced this device model run the NTGX65_10.01.41.02 firmware version.Comment

I have tried to downgrade. It give me an Error Code 16. I believe my model. Came unlocked and with this firmware. So maybe can't be downgraded. Unless someone knows something I don't. Any way to get the AT commands to work with new version?Comment

If a device has an upgrade option in its browser interface, then it should be possible to downgrade it as well. Since the problem is the current firmware no other way to make it work other than changing the device's firmware.Comment

I have this exact issue. Bummer that months later a repair hadn't been made for a newer firmware.
I will have to try to figure out how to downgrade and disable auto firmware updates.Comment
