Is firmware NTGX65_12.01.16.01 for the MR6500 compatible? If not, is it in development or not possible?

Correct, it is not supported yet, no solution for it only downgrade the current device firmware if it has such a possibility.

Yeah, it's an MR6500. The label on the back says MR6500 and the Device info screen shows the following below. It appears it has a firmware update from 4/17/2023 so it is indeed a new firmware. Shoot, that's unfortunate. I have looked but I can't find a firmware rollback for this one.
I guess I'll request a refund for now until it's either supported or I find a way to roll back the firmware and try again. The user name I purchased under is the same as this one. whiplash104

That is correct, the firmware version is not supported, though is it truly an MR6500 or MR6550? For a refund or to add back credits please let us know your software username. If this is indeed MR6500 perhaps there was a recent update for it as so far this unit unlocked without any problems.
Also looking at the firmware it may be an MR6110 model. Please check in device info and let us know. Thank you in advance.

Hi I'm wondering if this is even going to work, but I tried set the IMEI of my MR 6500 and I get an "AT command error"
IMEI partially obscured with hyphens.

I ran this, it failed and deducted 29 credits from my account but the IMEI wasn't changed.
I later added 30 more credits and tried again. It still fails.
Is perhaps my firmware version not supported?
