When you get the AT command error it is from the firmware being to new there is nothing we can do but hope the new software comes out soon and it has the pro 5 and 6 in it

                Hi there.
I also got the AT command error. I really wish your software worked and got the IMEI changed but since it doesn't work I guess I need a refund.

                Thank you

When I try to auto detect MR6110 says it doesn't detect. Using current dc-unlocker release.
                    my firmware is NTGX65_12.01.48.00
                    Trying to service imei.
sounds like I purchased dc-unlocker credits for nothing. Can you credit me as well?
your support info stated it supports MR6110 otherwise would not have purchased anything.

It says in the supported models' list and tutorials to contact us to check if your device's version is supported, but your firmware sadly isn't. A refund for the credit purchase has been issued now.

Than you for issuing a credit. Unfortunately before I saw your message was attempting to get the router to connect again. Was able to get it to connect with a different cable. I saw a note that it requires 29 credits to fix the IMEI, so I made credit purchases of 10 and 19 credits.
the process returned Bad AT Command and failed.
Could I ask you to credit me back 29 credits?
apologize for not seeing your comment before I did this.

A purchase refund was done for 10 credit purchases. Another purchase from you was for a time license account of 3 days. which is not a refundable item, I can only convert it into 19 credits since the price for it is the same.

Thank you. You should see that I purchased an addition 19 credits today, the 22nd, in 2 separate purchases. I purchased 10 credits then saw that IMEA change is 29 credits so I got 19 more.
you cedited me for 10 that I purchased on the 21st.
                            Apprecite your help!

So you purchased another 29 credits to try the same device with the same firmware that was confirmed by me earlier as unsupported? Because there were no other purchases when I refunded 10 credits that were available for refund.

Yes I purchased those, and tried again before I got your message that it is unsupported. If I knew it wasn't supported wouldn't have tried again.
