Than you for issuing a credit. Unfortunately before I saw your message was attempting to get the router to connect again. Was able to get it to connect with a different cable. I saw a note that it requires 29 credits to fix the IMEI, so I made credit purchases of 10 and 19 credits.
the process returned Bad AT Command and failed.
Could I ask you to credit me back 29 credits?

When you get the AT command error it is from the firmware being to new there is nothing we can do but hope the new software comes out soon and it has the pro 5 and 6 in it

If device is in supported models list then yes, refund can be done, otherwise I can only return credits back to your account as it was done now. If unsure, it is best to contact us or check supported models list before purchase/using service.
