MR1100 IMEA Repair - Throws an Insufficient Credits Error

Account is valid and balance of 10 credits available in DC-U app for IMEI repair on MR1100.
DC-U app locates the modem fine and displays current IMEI in router.
Click on Advance Tab and select IMEI Repair.
Enter IMEI number but the following error appears (starting from the first attempt. Have tried numerous times - credit, fortunately, is still available)

Make sure to check the repair price instead of unlocking https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy/user_prices repair requires 29 credits.

Thank you Valdemaras. I had to dig to find it ... but I did. Unfortunately I purchased the wrong credits and there is apparently no way to buy the 19 needed to reach 29. Is it possible to get a refund for the ten unused credits? Then I could buy the 29 credits directly. Thanks

There is certainly an option to purchase credits under the existing user account. If you want a refund please provide us your user name.
