60 mins on phone with netgear support.
Refusing to release previous firmware zip for customer download.

I am officially Offline.
Factory reset lost my IMEI.

New firmware overwrote NR5G Only mode with 4G+5G All mode.

AT Command error when trying to repair IMEI
Band list repair not working.

Things you knew wouldn't work
Things I read wouldn't work
but had to go and be dumb
and test it out anyway -.-

Sea of thieves is 200-300ms now instead of 90-120ms that I had.

We are aware of these recent firmware updates on various Netgear device models, unfortunately, we are yet to find a cure for a new protection on their devices if there is one. Wish I had better news.

I thank you for taking time to read and I am glad you understand. keep me posted if you find a fix. used to the good old days when firmware and driver updates could be tested before they were permanently applied. turns out even exporting settings doesnt backup firmware and factory reset doesnt reset firmware back to default either.
