I am trying to repair the IMEI on a Nighthawk MR1100. I set the manufacturer to SierraWireless/NETGEAR, and I set Select Model to Auto detect (recommended). But when I search, it always returns that the modem is not found. I have the Nighthawk connected to my computer using the USB cable it came with. The SIM card is not in the Nighthawk.
I tried to change the IP address of the Nighthawk and the subnet mask, but I don't know if I did it right because I don't know what numbers to use. However, it did not work.
I changed my main (house) internet connection's IP address and subnet mask, and then DC Unlocker found the modem! But then I didn't have internet so the IMEI repair did not work.
