    Netgear MR6550 Firmware NTGX65_12.01.31.00 AT command error

    I have a Netgear MR6550 with firmware NTGX65_12.01.31.00, which I didn't see referenced in the unsupported firmware versions, but I received an AT command error when attempting IMEI repair. Am I able to get a refund of the credits? Username is the same as here. Thanks.
