can i get a credit 6110 not supported but the way i read it was.

The model is supported, but not all firmware of it, hence you should contact our support or make a post here on the forum before to avoid this as suggested in tutorials of this device as well as on the Supported models page. Credits were added back.

Thanks for the credit back. Yes, I realized last night that I had read the firmware notes wrong and mine isn't supported. . . Working through that now - appreciate the credit back - will try again when I have supported firmware...

Your device's firmware is not supported and is listed in the IMEI repair tutorial https://www.dc-unlocker.com/netgear-...00-imei-repair as well as in the supported models list. Credits were added back now.

I too am having this error, and need my credits back, please. Firmware version is supported. Note, I didn't have a SIM installed when I performed this operation, but that shouldn't matter, right? Other ideas as to how to get this IMEI re-write to go thru? Software username bwebguy.
