  • MR6500 - unsupported firmware

    Hello,

I would need your help because we used credits on an unsupported firmware, getting error AT command...

Will you please be able to refund the credits? We will secure a different device to use it on.
Additionally, we are looking for modifying at least 2-3 devices. Would you be able to provide any help downgrading the firmware on this device?

    Thank you in advance.

Credits were returned, please check supported models or tutorials or contact us to make sure the device and its firmware can be unlocked. Sadly we do not have any information that could help with downgrades of Netgear devices.

Can you also recommend couple other options other than Netgear that could be utilized in the same way?

That is operate as a mobile data on the carrier network?

I wish I'd known that, unfortunately, I have no info regarding updates, but I would not put much hope into it, if the device can be added to support it is usually done quite quickly, otherwise, problem is bigger - customized firmware with higher protection.

Hello, my mr6500 router is attempting to update. Is there a way to stop it or not install when download is complete

Sorry but we do not have the information regarding this, the manufacturer should be able to provide this information though.
