  • MR6110 Refund request

    I was charged 10 units to unlock a Netgear MR6110. But the unlock did not work (message returned read "AT command error, Error code 37, unlock failed!.

    Checking my account status gives the following "Check account status

    User : rltar
    Credits left : 0

    Activated features:

    Software debugger

    Unlock _Unknown Sierra Wireless modem_ (016094000659008) cost 0 cr​

    Additionally, now the device no longer recognizes the SIM that it previously accepted (although would not connect through) - Device returns "APN cannot be added when SIM is not ready".

    Please refund or advice how to unlock/fix this device.

    Credits were returned. Please make sure to check with support if your device's firmware is supported as written in the Supported Models list as well as tutorials for this model. If you suspect something has happened to the device you should try to reset it though if you received the AT command then nothing was done to the device on our tool at all as no commands are accepted due to unsupported firmware that it currently has.

      Yes, I see now that only certain firmware are supported - this was not clear in the listing of new support for the most recent version.

      Could you please refund my credits purchase as I have no use for these since the software does not work for my device?
